When I first walked in to the Interior Works showroom, I was welcomed by Brenda Routery, (Principal Designer) who received me without appointment and spent some time answering my questions. My first impressions were very positive. From the first meeting in our home to the design stages, Brenda and Taylor Mossman (Intermediate Associate Designer), provided very professional, creative and timely service. We were always pleasantly surprised by how quickly emails and phone calls were answered. During the design process, there were many decisions to be made and both Brenda and Taylor were more than accommodating and went out of their way to help us through the process. Every stage of the construction was delivered as scheduled and if there were any “surprises”, as there always are through a reno, the team at Interior Works did not hesitate to find viable solutions. The precision and detail that Dave and his team put into the cabinet construction and install exceeded our expectations. Renovations of any nature are not always easy to live through, and we do not hesitate to recommend Interior Works to family and friends. We decided to renovate our home which had become worn and dated and hired Interior Works to help us to redesign and decorate the main floor and 2 upstairs bathrooms. They listened to what we wanted to achieve and came back with options that would work with the limitations of the structure and our budget. They worked with us to come up with a final design which we were excited about. Along with designing, building and installing the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and counter tops, Interior Works worked with us on all major design, material, colour and cost decisions. Additionally, Interior Works recommended a general contractor (Westwood) who was very flexible and was able to do the work on time and on budget. Brenda and her team provided the advice and support that made this renovation project a success.
