SERVICES
Custom Millwork Design and Production
Interior Works Inc. designs, manufactures, and executes custom millwork. Focusing on using today's latest technology integrated with authentic craftsmanship, the on-site manufacturing shop creates distinctive, professional and appealing custom woodwork. Due to the on-site manufacturing and finishing process, Interior Works Inc. is able to synergize the interior design services and custom woodworking to produce a streamlined result to each and every project.
Concept Development
Through the initial 2-Hour consultation, our goal is to understand your specific design requirements, and provide design advice to assist the client and ourselves in managing and providing a scope of work, and determining an approximate budget. Post meeting, we will provide you with a detailed summary of our advice and recommendations. We can then create a thoughtful design concept which will be used as a framework going forward.
Space Planning, Furniture Layouts & Colour Consultations
By incorporating your specific requirements we can provide insight for proper space planning and proportion of furnishings and fixtures. We take into consideration all design parameters, architectural limitations and elements for optimal flow.
A colour consult will assist the client in choosing the optimum paint colour scheme for their space. We consider style, taste and furnishings to give you our recommendations. A detailed specification chart outlining all relevant finishes and allocations will be provided.
Project Management
From concept to completion we will ensure all details are executed, order what is needed and provide crucial design details for your contractor to implement the design. We will monitor the project schedule closely and communicate every step of the way, outlining changes or decisions that need to be addressed. All changes and decisions will be specified in writing and approved by you. We will also perform regular site visits to ensure accuracy and monitor progress.
Sourcing of Window Treatments, Soft Furnishings, Artwork & Accessories
Through our valuable trade connections and experience, we are able to suggest the appropriate style of window treatments and furniture which uniquely define your space. After initially providing and assisting you with textile options from our many suppliers, we can acquire pricing and coordinate installation.
From our many trade options we can source the perfect, unique art pieces and accessories that will not only complete your space, but bring out your individual style and taste. Considering your budget, we can choose the best suppliers to execute this final step in completing your space, making it authentic, stylish and unique.
