This Burlington bungalow received an updated renovation to it’s original Santa Fe – 1980’s vibe. Custom cabinetry included a new kitchen, remodeled fireplace wall, ensuite bathroom and laundry room. The living area’s existing hardwood flooring was refinished on site, walls reconfigured and repainted in a paler neutral paint colour and new lighting throughout. The shiplap fireplace accents the room’s vaulted ceiling and floating shelves and cabinets provide additional storage for the space. The new kitchen layout was designed to make the most of the unconventional shape and provide a sleek, clean space that blends with the remodelled living area with cabinetry painted Benjamin Moore “Simply White,” matte black Berenson hardware and Cambria quartz “Weybourne” counter tops. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom, painted in cooler neutral tones, became an elegant retreat with improved function and storage.
